CLASS REGISTRATION
Please register for all classes by 9am on Monday.
CLASS CARD EXPIRATION
Class cards expire 8 weeks after first use.
Class card expiration is based on date of first use.
Please put your expiration date into your calendar!
There are no extensions.
GIFT CARDS
Want to buy a gift card? You may create and print a personalized gift card for varying amounts!
LOGIN
Please login 15 minutes prior to class start time to give yourself enough time to check your camera angle and be ready.
If you are having trouble logging on, do not email about your issue but call!

CLASS LEVEL
Your safety and happiness is paramount. Do please ask if a class or series is right for you.
CONDUCT
Timeliness is a form of courtesy to one and all and is deeply appreciated.
Please do not eat when online out of respect for both teacher and fellow students as well as the art of Yoga itself.
And it is better for your practice to not eat at all for several hours before class.
ATTIRE
Wear comfortable attire that is close-fitting so that your alignment may be easily observed.
Avoid hoodies and other elements that drape and hang over the body. Modesty is always pleasing.
Cancellation Policy
CLASSES
You must cancel before 9am Monday for any classes on Monday or Tuesday.

Even if we receive the message later, we will go by the time stamp and refund your money or class card if appropriate.
LATE CANCEL EXCEPTIONS
Because recordings of class are available for viewing, there is no real reason for a cancellation other than a medical emergency that will make it impossible to review the material after class.
WORKSHOPS/SERIES
Full refund: one week before -10% processing fee.
50% refund four days before -10% processing fee.
No refunds less three days or less before a workshop.
**Yoga Union reserves the right to cancel any workshop within 48 hours ,as well as on the day of in the event of an emergency, which might even include a power outage.
